The old depot on Boardman Lake

Three landmarks share one address. The brick depot where Traverse City's trains once ran, the east shore of Boardman Lake, and the loop trail that circles it — all meet at our front door.

  • The Historic Railroad Depot

    Brewing and pouring inside the restored depot at 642 Railroad Place — the taps run on tracks and the beer is made steps from your table.

  • Boardman Lake

    We sit right on the lake's east shore in the Old Depot neighborhood, a few minutes south of downtown Traverse City.

  • Boardman Lake Loop Trail

    The 4-mile loop trail passes our door. Walk or pedal the lake, then land at a pint — bike racks out front, right off the trail.

Free parking on-site and along Railroad Place. Kids and well-behaved dogs welcome on the patio.
