Track 1

BULLET TRAIN LAGER

4.5% ABV

A light American Lager brewed with Empire Malting Co. Pilsner malt and flaked rice.  Hopped with Magnum hops.  This is our take on an American Macro Lager.  Cold, crisp, smooth, and delicious!  $5 Pints!

Track 2

THE LOOPER AMBER ALE

5.6% ABV

German base malts, along with Munich, Crystal, and honey malt.  Hopped with local Nugget and Cascade hops from MI Local.  This well balanced, medium bodied, American amber ale has notes of honey and biscuit, with a hint of caramel flavor.

Track 3

GOLDEN SPIKE

4.7% ABV

German pilsner and crystal malts. Hallertauer Tradition hops. This golden ale (formally known as Bacharach Golden) is a smooth, malty, easy drinking ale.

Track 4

T-BAR SESSION IPA

4.9% ABV

Pale base malts, along with wheat and malted oats.  Hopped with local Magnum, Chinook, and west coast Citra, and then dry hopped with Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe.  The big late hop addition in the kettle, along with the dry hop, keep the bitterness of this session IPA low, and the citrus and pine flavor contributions high.   This session IPA is bright and refreshing, a perfect beverage for a day on the slopes.

Track 5

WALLA WALLA IPA

7.0% ABV

Locally grown MI Local Chinook hops from start to finish, including eleven pounds in the dry hop.  Crisp, light  bodied, with a hint of resin, and distinct white grapefruit pith flavor.

Track 6

SUNSET DUNES BRUT IPA

7.0% ABV

Brewed with Pilsner malt and Centennial hops in the boil – dry hoped with more Centennial and Cryo Citra.  This dry, crisp, effervescent IPA has notes of aromatic pine, citrus, and tropical fruits

Track 7

* BRIGHT LINE HAZY IPA

7.0% ABV

German Pilsner malt, flaked oats and wheat.  Australian Vic Secret and Citra hops in the boil.  Cryo Citra and more Vic Secret in the dry hop.  This medium bodied hazy IPA boasts tropical fruit and dank citrus flavors.   The perfect pint of hazy deliciousness after a day of outdoor adventure!

Track 8

* GOLD RUNNER APRICOT WHEAT

5.6% ABV

A classic American wheat beer, brewed with Michigan Cascade hops.  A generous amount of apricot puree adds a delicious fresh tart apricot flavor, while still maintaining your favorite wheat beer finish

Track 9

* FIRESIDE NITRO OATMEAL STOUT

5.3% ABV

Brewed with German base malts, chocolate malt, and flaked oats to create roasted flavors and notes of rich chocolate.   Served on nitro to provide an extra creamy texture to this smooth, well balanced oatmeal stout.

Track 10

PIPER’S PORTER

7.0% ABV

Canadian pale malt and hopped with Cascade and Columbus hops from MI Local.  Infused with cocoa nibs, this rich, roasty porter is full of chocolate flavor.  This beer was brewed in loving memory of Traverse City’s favorite airport dog, Piper.  $5.50 pints with $0.50 going to the Cherryland Humane Society!

Track 11

KRATOCHVIL PILSNER

5.0% ABV

German Pilsner malt and hopped with German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.  Fermented with a famous lager yeast strain from Weihenstephan, Germany, this complex, yet well balanced beer, is crisp and refreshing.  This Bohemian Pilsner, brewed in honor of one of our area’s original brewers, Frank Kratochvil, tied for 1st place in the 2025 Traverse City Lager competition!

Track 12

*UNION STREET VANILLA BROWN ALE

5.6% ABV

Our Union Brown Ale with a twist.  We added Madagascar vanilla beans to this medium bodied, malty ale, resulting in a wonderfully smooth brown ale with notes of biscuit, chocolate, and vanilla.

Track 13

GLORIETTE VIENNA LAGER

5.3% ABV

Brewed with German Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts, along with Hallertau traditional hops.  This smooth, balanced, amber colored lager has notes of biscuit and caramel.

Track 14

** LOUISVILLE ‘OLD FASHION’ ALE

11.0% ABV

An Imperial Amber, aged in maple bourbon old fashioned barrels from Iron Fish Distillery.  Classic old fashioned cherry and orange peel notes, with subtle sweetness from the maple.  The bourbon and oak balance the sweetness.   Available in a 13 oz. tulip glass $8

Track 15

***SUGAR SHACK MAPLE BOURBON STOUT

11.2% ABV

Our Deep Water Imperial Stout, aged to perfection in a maple bourbon barrel from Iron Fish Distillery.  With the addition of bourbon maple syrup from Iron Fish and coffee from Stockist Coffee Co., this dark, malty stout takes on the woody, maple vanilla-like notes from the oak barrels, along with a smooth bourbon flavor, rich coffee aroma, and sweet maple finish.

Track 16

* Le BELGE BELGIAN TRIPEL

8.5% ABV

German Pilsner malt, Noble hops, and a classic Belgian Trappist yeast.  These ingredients combine to produce a deceptively smooth Tripel, with aromas of bubblegum, crisp fruit, and subtle spice, and a dry, golden malt and noble hop finish.  Best enjoyed in a 13oz. tulip glass!
