Track 1

BULLET TRAIN LAGER

4.5% ABV

A light American Lager brewed with Empire Malting Co. Pilsner malt and flaked rice.  Hopped with Magnum hops.  This is our take on an American Macro Lager.  Cold, crisp, smooth, and delicious!  $5 Pints!

Track 2

THE LOOPER AMBER ALE

5.6% ABV

German base malts, along with Munich, Crystal, and honey malt.  Hopped with local Nugget and Cascade hops from MI Local.  This well balanced, medium bodied, American amber ale has notes of honey and biscuit, with a hint of caramel flavor.

Track 3

GOLDEN SPIKE

4.7% ABV

German pilsner and crystal malts. Hallertauer Tradition hops. This golden ale (formally known as Bacharach Golden) is a smooth, malty, easy drinking ale.

Track 4

T-BAR SESSION IPA

4.9% ABV

Pale base malts, along with wheat and malted oats.  Hopped with local Magnum, Chinook, and west coast Citra, and then dry hopped with Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe.  The big late hop addition in the kettle, along with the dry hop, keep the bitterness of this session IPA low, and the citrus and pine flavor contributions high.   This session IPA is bright and refreshing, a perfect beverage for a day on the slopes.

Track 5

WALLA WALLA IPA

7.0% ABV

A blend of Great Lakes Malting Company base malts and a bit of Irish ale malt. Locally grown MI Local Chinook hops from start to finish, including eleven pounds in the dry hop.  Crisp, light  bodied, with a hint of resin, and distinct white grapefruit pith flavor.

Track 6

HUNTINGTON IPA

7.0% ABV

Six different malts provide a nice balance to the bittering from 100% Centennial hops. This malty IPA is more herbaceous in the nose, with flavors of pine and resin, and a dry finish.

Track 7

* UNDER THE TRESTLE MANGO KÖLSCH

5.0% ABV

Brewed with floor malted Weyermann Pilsner malt, and Hersbrucker hops.  This smooth Kolsch style beer, with a generous amount of organic mango puree added after fermentation, is slightly sweet, with a bit of tartness from the mango.

Track 8

* R & B WHEAT

4.7% ABV

A classic American wheat beer, brewed with German pilsner and malted wheat.  A generous amount of  blackberry and raspberry puree adds a delicious jammy flavor, while still maintaining your favorite wheat beer finish.

Track 9

* COSMIC COPPER HAZY IPA

6.2% ABV

Great Lakes Malting Pilsner malt, with flaked oats and wheat.  Hopped with MI Local Copper hops and brewed with thiolized English Yeast from Omega Labs.  The interaction between the yeast and the hops makes all the difference,  and really turns up the peach, grapefruit, and white grape flavors in this delicious hazy IPA.

Track 10

PIPER’S PORTER

7.0% ABV

Canadian pale malt and hopped with Cascade and Columbus hops from MI Local.  Infused with cocoa nibs, this rich, roasty porter is full of chocolate flavor.  This beer was brewed in loving memory of Traverse City’s favorite airport dog, Piper.  $5.50 pints with $0.50 going to the Cherryland Humane Society!

Track 11

KRATOCHVIL PILSNER

5.0% ABV

German Pilsner malt, with bit of Munich malt.  Hopped with German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.  Fermented with a famous lager yeast strain from Weihenstephan, Germany, this complex, yet well balanced beer, is crisp and refreshing.

Track 12

*UNION STREET VANILLA BROWN ALE

5.6% ABV

Our Union Brown Ale with a twist.  We added Madagascar vanilla beans to this medium bodied, malty ale, resulting in a wonderfully smooth brown ale with notes of biscuit, chocolate, and vanilla.

Track 13

CHASING CASTLES DARK LAGER

4.6% ABV

Pilsner, Munich, Crystal, and an assortment of roasted malts.  This smooth Czech style dark lager is fermented with a traditional lager yeast, which helps to create a clean, roast malt profile, and a dry finish.

Track 14

* DRIVING CREEK RAILWAY IPA

7.2% ABV

German Pilsner malt, flaked oats, and wheat.  Citra and Mosaic hops in the boil.  Cryo Citra and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin dry hop.  Juicy pineapple and tropical fruit flavors.  A very balanced, smooth, medium bodied IPA.

Track 15

**IRON JUNCTION BOURBON STOUT

9.5% ABV

Iron Fish Distillery, located in Thompsonville, MI, sent us some American Oak barrels, which were filled with Imperial Stout.  After aging for three months, this dark, rich, malty stout takes on a woody, chocolate, vanilla-like notes from the oak barrels-along with smooth bourbon flavors.

Track 16

* PINE RIDGE DIPA

7.8% ABV

Pilsner malt and flaked wheat.  The combination of Nugget, Copper, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops bring out dank pine and citrus notes in this medium bodied double IPA.
